ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY


This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is intended to enhance the Site by preventing unacceptable use.  Visitors to the Site ("Visitors") must comply with this AUP.  Although Company does not actively monitor postings, Company may edit or remove any materials that, in its sole discretion, may be illegal, may subject Company to liability, or which may violate the AUP.  Your violation of this AUP may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Site or other legal action to enjoin violations and/or to collect damages, if any, caused by violations. 

1.   VIOLATIONS OF ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY 

The following constitute violations of this AUP: 

a.  Illegal use. Using the Site to transmit any material (by email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that violates any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation;

b.  Harm to minors. Using the Site to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way;

c.  Threats. Using the Site to transmit any material (by email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property;

d.  Harassment. Using the Site to transmit any material (by email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that harasses another;

e.  Infringement. Using the Site to transmit any material (by email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying, distribution, or transmission of  copyrighted material, such as photographs, articles, or software;

f.  Fraudulent activity, forgery or impersonation.  Using the Site to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products or services or to advance any type of financial scam, or attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information;

g.  Unsolicited commercial email/Unsolicited bulk email. Using the Site to transmit any unsolicited commercial email or unsolicited bulk email, including activities that have the effect of facilitating unsolicited commercial email or unsolicited bulk email, whether or not that email is commercial in nature;

h.  Unauthorized access. Using the Site to access, or to attempt to access, the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of Company’s or another entity's computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data;

i.  Collection of personal data. Using the Site to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent;

j.  Network disruptions and unfriendly activity. Using the Site for any activity which adversely affects the ability of other people or systems to use the Site or the Internet;

k.  Commercial and Off-topic materials. Using the Site for posting of off-topic articles, including but not limited to commercial advertisements.

      2.   REVISIONS TO THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY 

Company reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this AUP at any time and in any manner, without prior notice.  Any update, amendment, or modification will be posted on the Site.
